Cancellation terms
The deposit will be retained in the event of cancellation. In the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure, all unused days will be charged at 100%. In the event of cancellation within 30 - 60 days prior to the date of arrival, we charge 50% of the total amount. For cancellations within the last 30 days, we charge 70% of the total amount. For cancellations within the last 7 days, we charge 90% of the total amount. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 2 p.m. Please inform us if you plan to arrive later than 6 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.30 a.m at the latest. In the event of early departure or late arrival, we charge 100% of the booked stay. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
